Non-comprehensive infrastructure support for Servers, Desktops, Laptops, Firewalls, NAS, Printers & Network devices
Preventive maintenance check of all the Systems under contract every 3 months.
Repair of defective Systems shall be carried out during the contract period, the replaced spares will be of best quality and charged at actuals.
During the Contract period a track of all the calls and preventive maintenance report record shall be maintained.
SLA shall be maintained based on individual customer requirement
